"The graduate must be employed for at least 5 days after the date of program completion. The employment must be directly related to the program from which the individual graduated, aligns with a majority of the educational and training objectives of the program, and is a paid position. "
How were completers tracked?
"The initial verification of employment can occur via various communication forms. However, the employment will not be considered internally verified without a signed Verification of Employment Form from the employer. • Third Party verification- CBT Corporate office may use a third party vendor to assist with placement verification. Such companies may include Work Number ® and other outside agencies that provide this service. Verification information must be saved to the Corp Drive- Career Services-Campus Folder- Employment Verification- Then under the placements fiscal year. • Fax verification- Verification sent by employer through a fax to each campus. Faxed Verification information must be saved to the Corp Drive- Career Services-Campus Folder- Employment Verification- Then under the placements fiscal year. (This is one of the mandatory options for all work force graduates) • In person verification-Verifications conducted in person must be completely filled out by the HR/Hiring manager. All verifications must be scanned to the Corp drive and saved under; Career Services- Campus Folder- Employer Verification- Then under the placement fiscal year. (This is one of the mandatory options for all work force graduates) "
