Target Audience

This course is designed for persons with basic end-user skills with Windows-based personal computer, who wish to begin a career in information technology by becoming personal computer services technicians, or who wish to prepare to take the CompTIA A+ Core Hardware examination.

New 2006 CompTIA A+ Exams:

The updated CompTIA A+ credential requires two tests: CompTIA A+ Essentials Exam plus CompTIA A+ 220-602 Exam. Exams will cover hardware and software with added elements of security and soft skills, as well as safety and environmental issues.
